SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments in Italy and abroad are carried out via GLS. In Italy, shipping is free on orders over 100 euros.

FAST DELIVERY TIMES

We know you don't like waiting, which is why our delivery times are 24/48 business hours. If the item is on pre-order, delivery times vary from 7 to 10 business days.

Orders for items already in stock are shipped on the first business day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of goods availability. Your credit card will be charged on the day of the order.
In all cases, Makeshine reserves the right to postpone shipping in the event of force majeure.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with [ Makeshine] and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to sender, any shipping costs charged to GLS will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

GLS shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
