RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the purchased item.

Returns and exchanges
By making a purchase on our online shop, the customer accepts the following conditions regarding merchandise exchanges.
To request an exchange, the customer must:
1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +39 378 413 2058
2. Indicate the product intended to be exchanged.
3. Clearly specify the desired replacement item, indicating model, size, and color.
Shipping costs for the exchange are entirely borne by the customer.
Once the exchange request is confirmed:
• The pickup will be carried out by our appointed courier.
• The customer must prepare the package by placing the product to be replaced inside our original bag, carefully sealed.
• The customer's full name must be clearly indicated on the bag.
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, unused, and complete with any labels.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if products are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter.

A full refund will be issued if the product is defective or does not match the description, and in the event that an incorrect product was received. To obtain a full refund, products must be unused and in the same condition as they were received.

Shipping costs will be covered by us only if the return is due to our error (in case you received an incorrect or defective product). Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
For some situations, it is possible to obtain partial refunds, such as:

Failure to return the product in its original packaging

Failure to return all parts of the product

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

For this reason, t-shirts, accessories, and any other product made or personalized at the customer's request (names, phrases, initials, colors, graphic customizations, or other changes requested at the time of order) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

The customer's right to replacement or refund in the event of a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product remains unaffected.
